tasting notes

In comparison to the previous two vintages, the '74 Chardonnay is a bigger, fuller bodied wine with enough strength to warrant extended bottle aging of up to four years. Of particular merit is the delicate balance of wood complexities with varietal flavors that were attained through six months of aging in sixty (60) gallon Limousine Oak Barrels.
